Postpartum doulas provide practical, non-judgmental support and education to families following birth or adoption. Knowledge includes newborn feeding, hygiene, soothing, engagement, and development; household assistance; sleep expectations; and more!

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the scientifically studied, licensed practice of soft tissue manipulation that soothes stresses to body, mind, and spirit. Infant massage instruction and child and adult massage available.
